Produce exceptional intoxication

Dans la continuité de Continuing his phygital works, Arsen Eca explores the theme of intoxication with “Le Clic d’Ivresse”. Each click made by a user triggers an action that is unusual and daring to say the least: Eca consumes alcohol. This approach, where the act of drinking becomes an artistic expression, connects the digital world to an altered physical and emotional state, illustrating an intriguing fusion between art, technology, and states of consciousness.

The act of drinking, in the context of this work, is transformed. Far from being a simple act of consumption, it becomes a representation of intoxication, with all its connotations of disinhibition, alteration of perception, and ephemeral freedom. By responding to a click with alcohol consumption, Eca creates a link between the user’s digital action and the physical and emotional experience of intoxication.

In “Le Clic d’Ivresse”, each click is no longer a simple digital interaction. It becomes an act of participation in a larger experience, an immersion in the artist’s world. The user, through his click, becomes complicit in Eca’s act, engaging in a moment of symbolic sharing.

With this work, Eca questions the click, often perceived as a harmless and inconsequential act, by transforming it into a vector of experience and expression. This project is an invitation to explore the potential of digital interactions to induce and share complex emotional states, challenging us to consider deeper and more nuanced meaning in our digital actions.

“Le Clic d’Ivresse” reminds us that behind every digital interaction, there is an opportunity to explore and feel, to transform the virtual into a space of emotional connection and human understanding.
